ISG RESIDENCE IV is a residential complex located in a green area, in the immediate vicinity of the already completed projects ISG RESIDENCE II, RESIDENCE III but also of Carol Park, a park included in the list of historical monuments of the capital.
The residential complex consists of seven buildings, with a height of 2H + GF + 12 floors, with a total of 691 apartments. The ISG RESIDENCE IV project is carried out on a land area of 16,127 sqm and includes commercial spaces, above-ground and underground parking spaces, a children’s playground and a SPA Center. Within the ensemble there are studios, 2 and 3 room apartments, 4 and 5 room duplexes, spacious and completely finished, which stand out through the modern architectural style.
ISG RESIDENCE IV will be built in two stages starting in 2019 and completion in 2023. Our project continues the high standards in real estate development, meeting the demanding requirements of quality, safety and comfort.
TYPES OF APARTMENTS

As our biggest problem is time, we chose an area that would save it, through easy access to all means of transport, so, near the complex there are several RATB stations, and 10 minutes walk is find the Eroii Revoluției metro station.
In the vicinity of the complex there is a Mega Image Shop & Go store, a Sensiblu pharmacy, kindergarten, schools, high schools, Filaret bus station, State Mint, City Hall of sector 5, Police Station no. 18, parks, clubs and restaurants.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
The resistance structure of the buildings consists of reinforced concrete pillars and frames and the foundations are of the general screed type. For the exterior masonry we will use Porotherm type brick, with a thickness of 30 cm, and the insulation of the building will be made with expanded polystyrene, of 10 cm. The partition walls inside the apartments are made of Porotherm brick and plaster, with a thickness of 15 cm. For common areas, the floor will be made of natural stone.
The apartments are delivered turnkey: ceramic wall and floor tiles, parquet, interior doors and central heating, for a lower maintenance cost.
The modern style of the apartments is distinguished by the qualitative finishes, chosen in neutral colors.
Each of the four buildings has two state-of-the-art elevators, quiet, fast and economical.
